STACEY  (McCURRY)  PETROVICH

Stacey Petrovich, age 52 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, died at her home with family surrounding her on Friday, July 17, 2020.  She was born on July 29, 1967 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania one of four children of Bernard James McCurry and Beverly Ann (Metzger) McCurry.

Stacey loved working with people, which is why she became a nurse’s aid.  She LOVED her job and she LOVED people!  She was a member of WACC.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bernie “Mac” McCurry and a son, Jacob Petrovich and is survived by her husband, Jerry Petrovich; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Tara Petrovich; two granddaughters, Addison and Kendra Petrovich; her mother, Beverly McCurry and three siblings, sisters, Darlene Eikey and Darla (Wayne) Klose and brother, Brian (Elaine) McCurry.

Friends will be received in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 (412-384-0350) on Thursday, July 23, 2020 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM.  Stacey’s funeral service will be at the conclusion of the visitation at 8 PM.

Due to the limitations on gatherings of people mandated by our County and the Coronavirus outbreak, visitors to the funeral home will be limited to 25 people in our building at a time and all people MUST wear masks.

The family would like to thank Allegheny Health Network Hospice for their care of Stacey during her illness.

Jerry would like to personally thank his mother-in-law, Beverly for her care of Stacey.
