Sharon Lynn Moore

Sharon Moore, age 57 of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Sharon was born on April 24, 1966, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, and was raised in Lincoln Borough, Pennsylvania. She was a daughter of Floyd Emerson Moore and Elaine Charlotte (Fenton) Moore.

Sharon was an excellent UNO player, as that was her favorite game.  She loved Word Searches, animals (especially, cats and dogs), watching the Steelers and Pirates play, arts and crafts and music (especially Phil Collins songs).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Elizabeth King. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Charles King of Lincoln Borough; a niece and nephew and many cousins.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, January 19, 2024, from 2 – 7 PM in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephendslater.com. At the conclusion of visitation, there will be a time of sharing stories and celebrating Sharon’s life. She will be buried in Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania with her grandmother, Elizabeth.
