Mark DiMarco

Mark DiMarco, age 50 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Sunday, March 2, 2025. He was born, Mark Anthony DiMarco, on December 5, 1974, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, one of two sons of Domenico and Irma (Capecci) DiMarco.

He was a 1992 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Robert Morris University in 1996. Mark tended bar at the Jagger Bush Bar on the Southside of Pittsburgh in the early 2000’s and from 2008 to the current time was the Controller for the family business, DiMarco Construction.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents and a cousin, the late Michael Capecci. He is survived by his daughter, Giuliana Georgina DiMarco; his fiancé, Jenny Bates; his brother, Phillip (Mary Catherine) DiMarco; niece, Christina (Patrick) DiMarco Winterhaulter; nephew, Domenic (Angela) DiMarco; 2 great nieces, Jaclyn Patricia Winterhaulter and Roselina Maria DiMarco; his Aunt, Natalie Duymic; 2 cousins, Patrick (Mary) Duymic and their daughter, Julia; Christopher (Christine) Capecci and their children, Chloe, Christian and Celine; and many relatives in Italy.

Mark was passionate about sharing his love of music, legos, role playing games and cooking with his daughter and family. His sense of humor and love for his child and family will always be a shining light in this world.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephendslater.com. On Saturday, March 8, 2025, there will be a Prayer in the funeral home at 10 am followed by an 11 am Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Catholic Church 101 McLay Drive Elizabeth, Pennsylvania 15037. Mark will be laid to rest with his parents in Jefferson Memorial Park Cemetery.
