JOSHUA LEE LEWIS

Joshua Lewis, age 32 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, suddenly on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.  He was born on June 11, 1990, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, one of four children of Ronald Lee Lewis and Barbara Ann (Slack) Lewis.

Joshua was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School of the West Jefferson Hills School District and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh’s Culinary School.  He worked as a Sous Chef at the LeMont Restaurant in the Mount Washington area of Pittsburgh.

Josh is survived by his parents, Ron and Barbara; sisters, Jessica Lewis, Rebecca Lewis and Jennifer (Christopher) Spatara; Nieces and nephews, Sophia, Ronald, Tony, Maggie, Heather and Sean; aunts and uncles, Laura Mae and Craig Edwards, Thomas and Henrietta Slack, Donna Chlystek, Melvin Lewis and Linda Flanders.  He was preceded in death by an uncle, Charles F. Lewis and grandparents Reverend Robert R. and Gwenda Mae (Richards) Slack and Charles F. and Ruth (Black) Lewis.

Family and Friends will be received on Friday, November 11, 2022, from 4 – 8 PM in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephendslater.com.  The funeral service for Joshua will be on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 11 AM in the funeral home.  His Cemetery Committal service will follow in Round Hill Cemetery in Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania.
