Joann (Dropik) Kloock

Joann Kloock, age 85 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, died on Tuesday, April 14, 2020.  She was born Joann Sophia Dropik in Hiller, Fayette County, Pennsylvania on March 22, 1935 one of four children of Stephen and Mary (Urban) Dropik.  Joann grew up in the Dry Tavern area of Jefferson, Greene County, Pennsylvania.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Mark Raymond Kloock and her two sisters, Mary Yaunkura and Martha Chmura.  Joann is survived by her husband, Raymond Joseph Kloock; daughter, Janice (Todd) Stewart of North Carolina; four grandchildren, Todd “TJ” and Courtney Stewart and Erica and Gauge Kloock; her brother, Frank (the late Margaret) Dropik of Brook Park, Ohio.

There will be no funeral services at this time.  Her family will have a private graveside service in Masontown, Pennsylvania.  A Memorial Mass will be held at the St. Thomas A’ Becket Catholic Church in Jefferson Hills at a later date.
