Deborah Ferrare

Deborah A. Ferrare of Finleyville, PA passed away on Friday Nov. 29, 2024. She was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania on December 29, 1955 and was one of four daughters born to Roger and Shirley (Beckner) Stegman.

 She is survived by her husband of 34 years Terry L. Lewis; sisters, Cynthia (Albert Criswell) O'Dell of Clairton, PA, Pegi (Kurt Fuls) Stegman of Jefferson Hills, PA and Lisa Stegman-Slavick of Newport News, VA; nieces, Deanne (Chuck) Fulmer of Jefferson Hills, Brittany (Sean) Kavanagh, and nephew Dylan (Amanda Brown) Slavick both from Newport News, VA; great nephews, Brenden and Carson Fulmer of Jefferson Hills; brothers in law, Kenny (Marilyn) Lewis and George Smitley both of Jefferson Hills; sister in law, Patricia Blakeway of Finleyville; uncle, James Garber of West Mifflin, PA; longtime friends Debbie Simms Bucko, Beth Hutchison Turner, Jackie Macioce Muldowney and many cousins.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister in law, Judy Lewis -Smitley.

 She was previously employed as an administrative secretary for Chevron Oil in San Francisco, CA and still remains friends with many of her colleagues. Deborah's pride was her home, and she loved her Koi pond (every fish had a name). She also had a passion for astrology and loved to make astrology birth charts for her family and friends.

 Per Deborah's request there will be no viewing or visitation. Donations in her name can be made to a charity of your choice.
