Bonetia Wolfe, age 91, died on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019. She was born in Kittanning, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, Bonetia Sara Hall on June 6, 1927 one of three children of Ward Hall and Iola (Roofner) Hall Wolff. Bonetia grew up in Kittanning and attended Kittanning High School. After marrying Raymond Clair Wolfe they eventually moved to Jefferson Borough, now Jefferson Hills Borough, where they raised their family.
Bonetia worked as a Clerk in the Family Division of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, retiring in 1993. In her spare time she loved gardening, canning and working puzzles.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond in 1987. She is survived by her two children, daughter, Cathy (Richard) Painter and son, Raymond (Sharon) Wolfe; two grandchildren, Matt (Gina) Monheim and Lauren (Eric) Bedont; four grandchildren, Dylan and Trevor Bedont and Evelyn and Nathan Monheim and both of her siblings, sister, Ruth Ann Stewart-Somerville and brother, Carl Wolff.
Friends will be received and a funeral service will be held in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 (Large) Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 (412-384-0350) on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 9 – 11 AM; her funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM.
Bonetia will be buried next to her husband in Ford City Cemetery in Ford City, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
