ANDREW JACOB “ANDY” KRAEMER
Andy Kraemer, age 16 of Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania, died tragically May 20, 2016, while doing what he loved, racing ATV Moto-Cross. He was born September 15, 1999 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and enjoyed bow hunting and shooting sports. Andy, an excellent High Honors sophomore at Elizabeth Forward High School, had dreams of becoming a Pharmacist.
He is survived by his parents, Andrew Paul and Lisa (Benz) Kraemer and his only sister, Sarah Justine Kraemer all of Elizabeth Township. He is the grandson of Andrew G. and Sylvia Kraemer of Florida, previously of the Knoxville section of Pittsburgh, Audrey Benz of Elizabeth Township and the late Richard J. Benz, Sr. He is the nephew of Sylvia Kraemer, Susan Martell, Jerome (Wendy) Kraemer, Barbara (Robert) Cooksey, Richard (the late Donna) Benz, Jr., Susan Benz Morin and Mark Benz. Andy is also survived by many cousins.
Friends will be received in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home (Large) Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania from 1 – 7 PM on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 and Wednesday, May 25, 2016. There will be a prayer in the funeral home at 10 AM on Thursday, May 26, 2016 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St. Michael Catholic Church, McLay Drive, in Elizabeth Township, Elizabeth, Pennsylvania 15037. Burial will follow the Mass in Mt. Vernon Cemetery 2300 Buena Vista Road, in Elizabeth Township, McKeesport / Boston, Pennsylvania 15135.
